The drive for sustainability is based on three fundamental vectors. From the market, with the change in consumer habits and preferences; from the financial sector, with products and services adapted to new needs; and from a regulation that expands its requirements and standards. Commercial agreements and alliances, especially those with large industrial groups, require us to make efforts at all levels of the company, but now, and increasingly so, also in the area of sustainability. In the process implemented, 27 environmental, social and governance issues of interest were identified, and stakeholders, suppliers, customers, public bodies, etc., were contacted and asked about the priority issues to be addressed. An action plan is also designed and implemented together with a communication plan to share the conclusions with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
The result of this work has been the publication of the 2024 sustainability report. This document explains the process and efforts made in the area of sustainability over the past year.
