The General Assembly should be a time to take a closer look at the more relevant data and figures of 2018, to accomplished objectives and those which have not been reached, to views and opinions about the day to day, the organisation and strategy, but it can also be a moment to come closer from a more personal and emotional position,to the work as a team from the viewpoint that the sum of each one of the parts makes AGA´s business project more solid. The commencement of a dynamic of play in which the group´s implication and participation is fundamental, it must be seen as a creative exercise and open to experimentation, in which all opinions count. A mental and manual exercise which needs implicated people to achieve the outlined objectives, including those which we set out on a business level for 2019..
