Personal Data Protection

Right to information

For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, TALLERES AGA informs the User of the existence of personal data files created by TALLERES AGA and under its responsibility in order to carry out the maintenance and management of relations with those requesting information or Users who access the Website. The files referred to have been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.


The data that the information requester or User gives to TALLERES AGA is for the purpose of (i) maintaining and managing relations with Users; (ii) managing the contracting and provision of services to Users by TALLERES AGA; (iii) managing access to and use by the User of the content and services that TALLERES AGA makes available via the Website; (iv) managing requests and facilitating the relevant information in relation to on-line queries; (v) keeping Users informed about aspects related to the activity of TALLERES AGA that may be of interest to them; and (vi) in the event of forwarding of any documents and/or e-mails referring to job applications, carrying out the corresponding selection process.

User Consent

Registering as a User to access the content and services offered by TALLERES AGA via the Website, whenever possible, and the sending of a query e-mail, involves consent from the user or information requester for processing the data included in the communication media indicated.

The data will not be transferred to any third parties.

Except in the areas where it is expressly stated otherwise, the handover of information required about personal details will be voluntary. Failure to complete fields determined as mandatory or the supply of incorrect data will make it impossible for TALLERES AGA to manage the request from Users, send them the information requested or provide the services requested. Any modification that may be made to the personal data should be notified by the owner of the data to the party responsible for the file, being responsible in any case for the veracity and accuracy of the data supplied at any time. In the event that third party data is supplied, Users declare that they have express consent from the owners of the data to communicate said data. Users are informed that they may oppose the processing of their data for purposes other than those described. To this effect, without prejudice to the express and informed consent that, as applicable, Users provide on registration, it will be understood that they give their consent for the various purposes detailed above if, within 30 calendar days of collection of the data, they do not express their opposition.

Right of access

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal details, in the terms and conditions stated in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection by sending a request in writing for the attention of the party responsible for the file under the terms stated in the legislation in force to the following address: TALLERES AGA, S.A., C/ Notario Etxagibel, nº 6, 20500 – Arrasate-Mondragón (Gipuzkoa).

TALLERES AGA does not use any “Spamming” tactics and, apart form what is expressly stated in the “Cookie Policy” section of these terms and conditions of use, nor are Users registered by simply visiting the Website. TALLERES AGA will only process the information that Users disclose by registering as a User, when this is necessary, via electronic mail or by finding out about our professional services.


TALLERES AGA maintains the levels of data protection security in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the implementing Regulations of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and has established all the technical resources at its disposal to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and/or theft of the data that Users supply to TALLERES AGA, without prejudice to informing them that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
