Legal information and terms and conditions of use
These provisions regulate access to and use of the services of the website that TALLERES AGA, S.A. (hereinafter, “TALLERES AGA”) makes available to Internet Users (hereinafter, the “User/s”) via the domain www.aga.es (hereinafter, the “Website”).
Without prejudice to the foregoing, access to certain content and the use of the services which, as applicable, TALLERES AGA may make available to the User through the Website may be subject to certain special terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Special Terms and Conditions”) which, as applicable, will replace, complement and/or modify these terms and conditions of use and which, in the event of contradiction, will prevail over them.
As a result, before accessing said content and/or using said services, the User should carefully read and accept the Special Terms and Conditions that regulate them in the version published at the time when the above-mentioned access and/or use takes place.
Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, states that the provider of information society services will be obliged to have the resources available to allow both the recipients of the service and the competent authorities to access by electronic media, permanently, easily, directly and free of charge, the following information:

TALLERES AGA reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without the need for any prior notice, any modification or update of the content of these terms and conditions of use, and, where applicable, the corresponding Special Terms and Conditions and, in general, of any elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website. The terms and conditions of access and/or use published in the last update of the Website will apply, with those that are published at the time on the Website applying on each visit.
The User, by accessing this Website consents and accepts, expressly and without reservation, these terms and conditions of use by virtue of which the system of use of said Website is determined, with such acceptance having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed. If Users do not accept these terms and conditions of use in full they will not be authorised to access this Website.
When the use of the Website and/or access to the content and services made available to Users by TALLERES AGA via the Website requires registration, Users will be responsible for providing true and legitimate information, and for the diligent use of the password when, as a result of this registration, one is given to them. In this case, Users will be responsible for the appropriate custody and confidentiality of any usernames and/or passwords that are supplied to them, undertaking not to transfer their use to any third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, and not to allow access to them to any other persons.
Unless, if applicable, otherwise provided in the Special Terms and Conditions, access to the Website and its content, as well as the use of the services made available to Users via the Website are free of charge, except regarding the cost of connection to the telecommunications network that the User has contracted with its service provider.
In the use of the Website, Users undertake not to behave in such a way as might damage the image, interests and rights of TALLERES AGA or of any third parties or that could damage, disable or overload the Website or that could, in any way, impede normal use thereof.
Limitation of liability
Anyone who uses the Website does so on their own account and at their own risk. Users of this Website, through access thereto, undertake to use it in a manner that is fully compliant with the law and traffic use and will be liable to TALLERES AGA and/or to any third parties for any damage that may be caused as a result of failure to meet this obligation.
TALLERES AGA adopts the security measures that it considers relevant to maintain the correct operation of the Website and detect the existence of viruses and harmful components. Notwithstanding this, Users should be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not completely reliable and that therefore TALLERES AGA cannot guarantee the continued availability of the content and services contained on the Website and the lack of existence of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause alterations to the User’s computer systems (software and hardware) or to their electronic documents and files contained therein.
In addition, TALLERES AGA reserves the right to interrupt the service partially or completely, on a temporary or definitive basis, in the event of any technical changes or breakdowns, reporting it in advance, if possible, via its Website or via any other medium authorised for this purpose.
Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
All Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights over the Website are legally reserved and access thereto or their use by Users should not be considered in any way as the granting of any user licence or right over any asset whose ownership or property corresponds to TALLERES AGA. This reservation of rights affects both (i) the external appearance (look and feel) and the code, design and browsing structure of the Website; and (ii) the content that may be included and distributed in any format through this Website and, in particular, any catalogues, technical data, plans, outlines and designs, whether graphic or not, which TALLERES AGA may include on the Website.
The inclusion on the Website of references to trade names, brands, logotypes and other distinguishing signs, whether registered or not and whether owned by TALLERES AGA or third parties, is subject to prohibition of use thereof without the express consent of TALLERES AGA or its legitimate owner.

Consequently, the User may only display and use the contents and services made available via the Website on a strictly personal and private basis, and as long as it is not for the purpose of carrying out any commercial or professional actions with this content and/or services.
It is also prohibited to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, sub-licence or otherwise transmit, translate or create derivative works of the computer programs necessary for the operation, access and use of the Website. Users of the Website shall abstain in any case from deleting, altering, eluding or handling any protective device or security systems that may be installed therein.

Via the Website, TALLERES AGA may make technical linking devices available to Users (such as buttons, links and banners) that take the User to other websites or Internet portals belonging to/or run by third parties and over which TALLERES AGA does not exercise any type of control (hereinafter, the “Linked Websites”).
TALLERES AGA is not aware nor does it control in any way the contents and services included in the Linked Websites, and the inclusion of access to them via the Website does not imply, in any case, (i) that TALLERES AGA recommends or approves the contents and services hosted on the Linked Websites; and/or (ii) that there is any type of relation, collaboration or dependency between TALLERES AGA and the manager of the Linked Website.
Consequently, TALLERES AGA does not assume any type of liability related to the Linked Websites and, therefore, is not liable for their operation, the content and services hosted on them, or the links contained on these Linked Websites.
In the event that the User is effectively aware of the illegality or inappropriateness of the contents, services or any other activities carried out via a Linked Website, they should immediately inform TALLERES AGA so that, if applicable, it can adopt the measures that it considers appropriate.

The establishment of hypertext links (hyperlinks) on other websites or pages is authorised, as long as they are directed to the home page of http://www.aga.es or, where applicable, to any other internal page (deep link) of the Website and the corresponding pages appear in a full window and under their respective URL addresses, assuming full liability and risk that may be derived from establishing the hyperlink to the Website.
On the website or page that establishes the hyperlink it may not be stated in any way that TALLERES AGA has authorised this hyperlink, unless TALLERES AGA has expressly done so in writing.
If the third party that introduces the hyperlink into their website or page wishes to include in it the brand, name, trade name, sign, logotype or any other identifying element of TALLERES AGA and/or the Website, to do so it should have prior, express authorisation in writing from TALLERES AGA.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is expressly prohibited to present a page from the website http://www.aga.es in a window from another website that does not belong to TALLERES AGA through the technique known as “framing”, unless express consent has been given by TALLERES AGA.
Furthermore, it is expressly prohibited to insert any type of content distributed via http://www.aga.es on any website or web page other than the Website using the technique known as “in line linking”, if this does not have the express consent of TALLERES AGA.
