Responding in quality and service to a demanding and competitive market requires a motivated and committed organisation. Nowadays we know that factors like working conditions, atmosphere in the workplace, collective strategy, personal and professional development and combined leadership, among others, are key to improving the wellbeing of people in the company. Taking care of and working along these lines, measuring and detecting those areas which can feasibly be improved, allows us to create a friendlier and more participative atmosphere in labour relationship, where challenges can be taken on with a greater success rate.

AGA from its social and business commitment, has joined the Lerrokatuz project, run by the consultancy Ingroup and the Agency for Development in Debagoiena, which has as its objective to raise awareness and promote and guarantee the wellbeing of employees in their workplace.

With 82% of the staff participating, and data collected from the last report allowing us to be optimistic, we want to translate from management our appreciation to all the people, who by participating have helped us detect not only AGA strengths, but also the weaknesses brought to light in the study, which we must right.
